Event Policy: Participants may register as free agents if their school team is not participating. Fees are non-refundable after June 25. - This event has a no refund policy.

Number of Teams Accepted: 16
Time frame: 2.5 hours- Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Sanction: AAU

Registration:

Space is limited to 16 teams. The deadline for registration is June 30th. The maximum roster size is 12 players and 2 teams per school. Players may register as free agents and be placed on a team (paired by school, skill level, and/or position).

Format:
2 games to 25, starting at 4 points, pool play. A minimum of 4 players must be present to begin the match. 10-minute grace period after which a forfeit will be declared 25-0. The official will provide an additional 10 minutes for the team to produce sufficient players for the next set. If the team has a minimum of players present prior to the expiration time, play will begin immediately. If after the time expires and the team does not have the minimum number of players to play, the second set shall be declared a forfeit as well 25-0. The home team will provide line judges only.

A coach or team rep can register up to 12 players. Each player will receive a game jersey.

July 3 - TEAM SCRIMMAGE

All teams and players report by 6:00 pm - Scrimmage play to seed teams
The schedule will be emailed to the team representative and posted on the DCPGSports.com/summer website
